Good afternoon, Angie8428 Thank you for taking the time to review your vacation at NoxInn Deluxe. in normal times this might be a good hotel but not for Brits. we were meant to be there for 2 weeks but after 7 days we were told that the hotel was closing on the Wednesday and we were going to be moved to another hotel with no discussion we didn't even get told by the hotel we found out by a photographer, we were told everything had been transferred and we would be picked up from the new hotel for our transfers, this was a disaster at the labranda on the day we were leaving they had no idea about our transfer it cost 25 pound in calls as they wouldn't call England for us and we had to get a taxi back to Noxinn out of our own money. the music around the pool was loud with very loud base and not in English. We visited Noxinn Deluxe end September 2020, First the good points the staff are fantastic but very little English this hotel is for Germans and Russians, the rooms are clean, and very well presented, we had a problem with our air conditioning but it was put right the same day, the food is very well presented but cold, in our 10 day stay I didn't get a hot meal once except omelets at breakfast, we went out 4 times at night to get a hot meal even though we were all inclusive, the swimming pool is fantastic sun beds are ok, the sea is dirty and with rubbish floating about, we even swam past some poo? we didn't go in the sea after that. Once again, all the staff try very hard, it almost feels like a small boutique hotel.except much more … A lot of effort is put into the hygiene, and the pool area which is largely custom tiled, is literally scrubbed, washed, swept, daily The Spa is a refreshing and friendly environment to offset the worlds tests. Restaurant staff are exatly the same way, they always remember your face, your name, and where you are from, the food is beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection, you can see the pride of place in all the staff, the rooms are always attended to, and they will ring you if your do not disturb sign is on, in case you need anything. Onur was the "Tom Cruise " cocktail guy, always eager to help me get merry. Wonderful environment, start to finish, vedat was the most prolific host, and Tugba, always smiling and looking after me, keeping tabs on me to ensure i was happy, entertainment nightly, all the staff are smiling, greeting, trying to elay their intetest in making the stay satisfactory.
